About Dr. James Cima
Dr. James Cima’s journey into health and wellness began the hard way, with years of back pain starting at just 13 years old. After graduating from Cornell University, the pain was so severe there were days he couldn’t get off the floor. A single suggestion changed everything: “See a chiropractor.” The results were life-changing, inspiring him to dedicate his life to helping others find the same relief and freedom.
Earning his Doctor of Chiropractic degree with honors from New York Chiropractic College, Dr. Cima has been in practice for more than 40 years, working alongside his children, Dr. James Paul Cima and Dr. Natalie DeJesse. He’s an accomplished author, speaker, and lifelong learner who continues to explore ways to improve health through nutrition, movement, and mindset.
When he’s not seeing patients or recording Achieving Ultimate Health, Dr. Cima enjoys golfing (he’s Titleist Performance Institute certified and can often improve a golfer’s handicap by 5–10 strokes), spending time with his four children and eight grandchildren, and researching the latest in wellness science.
Through his podcast, Dr. Cima brings his wealth of knowledge, personal experience, and genuine care to help listeners everywhere take control of their health and their life.
